筛选达人④要素

  • 要素一:达人视频产出勤奋度高,视频质量
  • 要素二:达人有过挂车短视频,播放量和评论互动良好
  • 要素三:达人会卖货,比如达人的视频中会展示实际使用情况或者会突出商品亮点(突出利益点+功能性/实用性/人设强)
  • 要素四:达人粉丝群体是否与产品调性相符(举个例子,比如存钱本子卖家,最直观的就是看内容里是不是以一个家庭主妇,如果是就比较精准了)
  • 要素五:达人跟商家沟通反响度高不高,需要判断达人是否会白嫖样品

Step 2:达人分级合作🤝

头部达人不代表头部带货达人 也不代表能给你们最大程度能带货的达人 ,每个商家都应该有自己的合作达人的分级 千万不要忽略中腰尾带货达人的能力

  • 尾部达人(批量联系) – 可采取无样品挂车的形式直接挂车

对外话术:Put product images and pricing in the background and introduce products you like.

  • 头部达人(点对点跟进) – 有一定粉丝量级的达人,如果沟通顺畅可寄样合作

头三条话术最为重要,需明确亮点

沟通四要素

要素一:包含打招呼、问候、自我介绍

  • 如果是有品牌形象的小店,可以营造公司实力,打造公司/品牌形象,突出优势,有能力的做一个公司简历,让达人了解你们的能力,也给自己增加沟通的底气
  • 如果很明显是个人小店,营造是粉丝,尽可能的赞美对方,肯定对方,让达人觉得ta是被你认可且真诚想要推荐合适ta的商品的,希望可以合作起来。

要素二: 强调优势

  • 高佣金、免费样品、商商品好评很多、很实用、商品有品牌价值等

要素三:明确合作要求

  • 沟通好合作的视频数量,标题Tag,口播/文字引导,素材发布时间,是否愿意提供原视频,让大家可以进行二次创作等

要素四:维系已经合作的达人

  • 人情世故:节假日送礼,日常和达人打招呼,新品寄样等等,维系长期的合作关系
  • 灵活响应,积极配合:达人反向要品的时候建议积极响应
